CSA Score Management & Data Q Submission Program

It is imperative that DOT-regulated companies monitor their CSA scores to identify potential safety issues that can negatively impact their operation. The data provided in a CSA report can identify problem areas that can trigger a DOT investigation resulting in your status being downgraded to Conditional or Unsatisfactory. Maintaining low CSA scores can improve your operations as follows:

  • Lower Insurance Premiums
  • Greater appeal to Customers and Brokers
  • Recruitment and retention of better drivers
  • Management peace of mind

KT Health’s CSA score management and Data Q submission program will automatically run your company’s records and send them to you for your review. If you find errors in the roadside inspections or accident reports that were erroneously attributed to your company or drivers. Our Data Q submission program will move on your request to challenge the errors or rulings of unpreventable accidents that negatively impact you. Successful challenges must have grounds and actionable proof. We will not run a challenge unless we believe there are grounds or justifiable action.

Not all companies are built and operated the same, which is why we have designed 3 separate organized and measured plans to fit your company’s needs.

Select the plan that fits best for your company’s size:
After each CSA report pull (Bi-annually for O&O, Quarterly for Small, Monthly for Multi), KT Health Safety will review and assess the status shown in the report and draft an evaluation and recommendations.

In the event a DataQ submission is desired, KT Health Safety will prepare and submit for an additional fee of $75 per DataQ submission.
